1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team by email at support@antihypeclub.com or via WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for the return/exchange, and any supporting photos if the item is defective.

  3. Our team will provide instructions and the address of the nearest return office in your state.


3. Return Process

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, you may choose:

    • A store credit to use on our website, or

    • A replacement item (such as another size) shipped at no additional cost.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, AntiHype Club will cover return shipping and reshipment.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, or final sale items). Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit for future purchases on our website.

  • Refunds to the original payment method may only be considered in special cases at our discretion.
